So, why should you read this book? Only you can answer that question. But here are a few more questions that might help you decide how to answer.

  1. Are you aware of it when you’re making assumptions?
  2. In that awareness, do you know which ones are harmless and which ones are doing damage to your relationships at work and elsewhere?
  3. Do you have clear ideas of what to do about it?
