Here’s the thing. I’m not so much on hyping myself. It’s uncomfortable. The number of assumptions inherent in suggesting to the wide world of the web that I have something each and every one of you needs is absurd. For better or for worse, it’s just not me.

- Are you aware of it when you’re making assumptions?
- In that awareness, do you know which ones are harmless and which ones are doing damage to your relationships at work and elsewhere?
- Do you have clear ideas of what to do about it?
